How do I verify an account holder?

You can verify an account holder directly from your control panel.

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Account Holder Verifications section. Click the Create Holder Verification button in the top-right corner.

  1. Enter the required information in the modal. Requester, account holder’s complete name, ID number, IBAN, and a reference for your tracking. Click Review.

  1. Check the provided data of the verification request and click Confirm to submit it.

  1. The result of the verification will appear in the verification list just a few seconds after submission.
