How can I make payments manually?
By default, our system is enabled to process payments only through our API. However, you can request to enable manual payments through our control panel if you need to make some payments manually.
How to enable manual payments:
- Contact our support team - Reach out to us and request to enable manual payment functionality for your account. This should be done by an authorized person in your company.
- Account review - We'll review your request and enable the manual payment feature in your control panel
- Access your control panel - Once enabled, you'll see a new "Make Payment" button in the Payments section of your dashboard
Step-by-step process:
Once the feature is enabled, the process for making a payment manually is:
- Log into your control panel and navigate to the "Payments" section
- In the upper-right corner you will see a button named "Make payment"
- Once clicked, you will see a form asking for your bank account, beneficiary details, amount and description.
- When you send this form, you will see the details of the payment, including the estimated time of arrival and fee for you to review
- When you confirm the payments, you will be asked to authorize the payment using our 2FA flow
- Once authorized, the payment will be sent immediately and you will have access to the payment receipt in the payment's details if needed.
Important notes:
- Manual payment processing is an opt-in feature that must be requested
- Even if enabled, only authorized users will have this option available.
